The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning effective until 7:00 PM Wednesday for the counties of Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, La Porte, Lagrange, Marshall, Pulaski, St. Joseph and Starke in Indiana and for the counties of Berrien, Cass and St. Joseph in Michigan.
